I was given the opportunity to review the Crest 3D White line recently. I’ve always been told that I have white teeth, but once I became a stay-at-home mom, I became a chronic coffee drinker, so my smile… not so white anymore.
I was really excited to try the product because, as a teacher, I not only deal with children- but their parents everyday. I want my smile to be welcoming- not scary.

I was sent the Professional Effects Whitestrips, 3D White Vivid Toothpaste, Multi-Care Whitening Rinse and 3D White Vivid Toothbrush.
My routine usually consists of brushing my teeth in the morning with the vivid toothpaste and toothbrush, in the evenings, I use the whitening strips after which I use the multi-care whitening rinse and brush again.
Smile Before Whitestrips On
The whitening strips are easy to apply, but I will say that when I am wearing the whitestrips I feel like I can’t swallow and I salivate more than usual. I was surprised, though, at how well the whitestrips stayed put- I was expecting them to be slippery or move around on my teeth- but it was fine.
The whitestrips are to be worn for 30 minutes, once a day and Crest says that you should see results in 3 days with your full results in 20 days.

My husband claims that my smile looks whiter (and he said he’s not just sayin’ that), so I’ll take his word for it.
